Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, complete and in its original packaging.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your name, phone number and the product. We arrange a pickup or you can bring it to our shop in Al Sinaiyah.

Refunds are paid in cash or by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the item. Items damaged on arrival are replaced free of charge; please tell us within 24 hours.

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
