How do I order?
Open any product and tap Quick buy. Enter your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city and address, then confirm. That is it, no card and no account needed.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Every order is paid in cash to the rider when it arrives. You can check the product before paying.
How fast is delivery in Riyadh?
Orders placed before 6 PM are delivered the same day anywhere in Riyadh. Later orders arrive the next day.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order in Riyadh. For other cities we confirm the fee and timing by phone before shipping.
Will you contact me before delivery?
Yes. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order, and the rider calls before arriving.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.
Can I visit your shop?
Yes. Our shop is at 2792 Al Madinah Al Munawarah Rd, Al Sinaiyah District, Riyadh. You can see products in person or pick up your order.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp at +966 59 348 2694 before the rider leaves and we will update or cancel it for you.
